I’m currently working with a well-established company, who are looking for an experienced Senior Database Administrator (MySQL DBA). As a Senior Database Administrator you will be working closely with the DBA Manager to help strengthen the DBA team, be involved in driving improvements and building upon the existing bases by maintaining the databases performance, reliability, and security.
Also, a successful Senior Database Administrator will have in-depth experience a with MySQL, someone who loves and is good at solving complex database problems and has solid DBA skills.
Key Skills & Qualifications
MySQL architecture - engine, query processing, query optimization, locking, etc. Considerable experience with replication and active-active environments is required. Experience automating the execution and notification of database-related processes and alerts. Strong knowledge of administering, designing, and deploying MySQL databases in AWS and GCP.Benefits
