We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join a well known retailer in NYC ! Relocation is covered! Role & ResponsibilitiesProvide help-desk support for business applications questions

Assist in the creation and evaluation of IT requests and direct them to the appropriate internal/external IT resource/queue based on request requirements and resource capabilities Maintain training documentation for ERP, Dynamics 365 applications and supporting modulesDevelop/Maintain operating procedures for business processes using the Dynamics 365 (Retail, Wholesale, Hotel Divisions) applications.

Skills & Qualifications Experience with Supply Chain is a plus - but will be trained as needed At least 6- 12 months of Dynamics AX and D365 F&O experience Excellent problem solving skills and comfort with ambiguity in addressing yet-to-be defined client business challenges especially where there is no precedent
