Job DescriptionMy clients are looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to work in a dynamic and successful growing IT department of a FTSE250 corporate to help support the continued growth.The ideal candidate will assist with technical project work to complete projects on time and within budget while ensuring the highest quality of service. This is an opportunity to be a key member of the IT team supporting internal customers within a majorly outsourced environment.This is a London - based Hybrid role with 1-2 days in the office.

Role & ResponsibilitiesTo support, maintain and enhance the technical systems infrastructure to the highestResponsible for the reliability, availability and performance of the IT systems Infrastructure.Responsible for data security, backups, systems security and systems access controls.Responsible for the back-up, house-keeping and security of all corporate data stored on the company's systems.To support the IT Solutions Team in the development of IT systems solutions and projects.To investigate, understand and promote the potential business benefits to be achieved in the application of technology, contributing to the overall support of the IT systems infrastructure.To provide comprehensive documentation and informative training for internal and external support teams in accordance with standards set by IT Management.

Skills & QualificationsExtensive experience with administrating AWS cloud platform.3rd line IT support experience with focus on the Microsoft technology stack, Office 365 and Azure.Strong security first approach in line with cyber essentials framework.Knowledge of a broad range of IT infrastructure technologies, servers, switches, routers, firewalls.Broad understanding of many end-to-end IT solutions with a medium/large sized corporate company with many remote sites, field and head office based used and varying needs form the business.Desirable: Experience with GDPR implementation, Disaster Recovery planning, PCIDSS compliance
