Job DescriptionThe Implementation Analyst participates in IT architecture design and Clinical software installations from inception to completion. The Analyst will assist customers in a successful deployment and validation of software for patient care, some of which include critical areas of a hospital.

Role & ResponsibilitiesProvide support to customers, with emphasis on high-level networking and application issues.Prepare and discuss technical/security documentation with customersEffectively troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, including Server, Storage, Network, and Citrix/RD/VMware software related issuesManage enterprise level application installsProvide input and guidance on server, network, and storage architecture

Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field required; experience accepted in lieu of degree5+ years of experience in enterprise technical support, helpdesk, and network support requiredComprehensive understanding of servers, virtual environments, WAN and LAN topologies, Citrix, and storage environments requiredExperience with network enterprise systems required; Working knowledge of HL7 interface, Mirth, and JavaScript a plusPlease APPLY NOW or contact me at [email protected] to schedule a confidential discussion and receive some more information!
