Salesforce Release and Change Manager - up to £75k + up to 15% bonus
Retail client
Hertfordshire (Hybrid remote) - *Please only apply if you're willing and able to travel to the HQ and other

A leading Retail client based in Hertfordshire are looking for a Salesforce Release and Change Manager, to lead the development of a number of Retail Salesforce applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning business needs into technical designs and managing the release of the Salesforce applications safely to production.

Key Skills:
*Proven background in managing Salesforce platforms, development, upgrades and releases.
*Salesforce technical accreditation
*Experience in providing services to agreed SLA's and OLA's.
*Managing third party service providers.
*Experience with managing service in an ITIL environment.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*Prior experience writing and testing business requirements and functional specifications.
*Extensive experience of building and driving a Service Improvement plans.

Key responsibilities
*Manage the ongoing development and support of several business applications on Salesforce with combination of internal resources and third-party suppliers.
*Be a SME in the businesses chosen future technologies such as Salesforce and Azure DevOps.
*Work with the IT Architecture team to implement and manage application product roadmaps, status reporting, metrics and benchmarks.
*Manage relationships with major vendors and service providers to ensure they cost-effectively meet the needs of the organisation.
*Ensure that appropriate environments and processes are in place to enable all development and testing to be carried out without impacting live.
*Manage end-to-end release process and all changes to Retail Salesforce in line with the change policy.
*Ensure that developed solutions are robustly tested before being deployed in compliance with Test strategy and change policies.
*Build a culture of continuous improvement, including improvements to software development methods, improvements to the delivery speed and quality and improving team skills and learning.
*Lead the Retail Salesforce team to ensure it contributes to the company achieving its goals.

Salary: Up to £75k + up to 15% bonus
