A Business Analyst is required to join the Digital Transformation Programme for a minimum of 6 months initially, with potential to be extended, to help us define and rollout new Sales, Service and Operational Support processes as part of the implementation of a new modern cloud based technology solution, which is easy to use, intuitive, and provides an integrated 360 view of the customer. This role will primarily be on site in Manchester with the occasional remote working. This role is Outside IR35 paying £450 Per Day. Key Requirements:Business analysis on large scale transformation programmes including process mapping, requirements and gap analysis for multiple operational and support functionsComprehensive knowledge of change delivery processes and challengesProven ability to work to deadlinesRelatable and positive experience of working in a fast paced environment, and as part of a cross functional and multi-disciplinary teamDemonstrated passion and drive for delivering the best outcome for our customers and colleagues.Qualifications and other requirementsGood working knowledge of Salesforce SalesCloud and ServiceCloudExperience of working in a large scale fast paced programme environmentBusiness analysis qualificationsIT literate, with knowledge of the effective use of Microsoft (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) essential.Please click here to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
