.Net Developer - inside IR35 - 6 months - Hybrid working

Our client is looking for a Software Developer to ensure the successful delivery of the software development projects and support for the ICT Managed Services Contract. You will be directly interfacing with member of the customer ICT team but also the end users to extract requirements, offer solutions, design products, develop application and implement project products.

Skills Required:

*ITIL v3 (Foundation)

*Ability to obtain (at a minimum) Non Police Personnel vetting 3 clearance

*Communicating across technical levels of an organisation and able to translate complex technical solutions to end users

Have a proven track record of:

*Experience of working in an ISO 20000 accredited environment.

*Experience of working in an outsourced environment delivering against defined service scope, targets and cost.

*Good interpersonal skills - interacting at various levels across the customer and the organisation.

*Identifying and mitigating risks that may impede

*Competent database skills.

*Competent analytical and creative skills.

*Competent organisational skills.

*Expert Microsoft SharePoint skills.

*Expert software development skills.

Experience needed:

*Worked alongside colleagues/led team through a period of intense stress and pressure.

*Advocating and applying technology where it has not been used previously.

*Suggested cost savings to assist budgets.

*Developed an internal network of strong working relationships you can call on to assist with your role.

*Handled office politics/disagreements whist maintaining personal integrity.

*Used knowledge of the business to sell, negotiate or persuade.

*Developed quotes /business cases and ways to avoid costs.

*Delivered results when the deliverables were unclear.

*Tackled process/policy obstacles to delivery.
