Job DescriptionI am currently working with a large retail client that is about to embark on a large digital transformation. Focusing heavily on their customer engagement platform and moving legacy applications to the cloud. They are looking for a seasoned Programme Lead with extensive Retail and digital transformation experience to lead this Programme.

Role & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all areas of programme development and delivery, from writing of business cases, through to planning, budgeting, benefit identification and management, delivery of workstreams and projectsTo plan and design projects and proactively monitor the overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriateEnsure team communications are timely, informative and accurateCoordinate weekly meetings between planning and execution groupsTo initiate extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the programme are identified or issues raised

Skills & Qualifications5+ years in an advanced management role Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organisational skillsExcellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills Extensive experience in the Retail industry Successful previous programmes focusing on Customer Engagement BenefitsA contract with longevity Large Scale - Top Down Digital TransformationGreenfieldOutside IR35Hybrid Working
