SC Cleared Delivery Manager | Contract | Remote Security Clearance: Active SC essentialINSIDE IR35 SC Cleared Delivery Manager responsibilities: Support the Programme Director & Deputy Programme Director in the overall management of the ProgrammeProactively monitor delivery progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective actionAssure the effective operation of programme GovernanceEnsure effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the programme productsManage both the dependencies and the interfaces between workstreamsManage escalated risks and issues through to resolutionInitiate extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the programme are identified or issues arise SC Cleared Delivery Manager key skills and experience: Experience of managing major transformation and/or organisational change initiatives Deep experience of developing and managing programmatic controls Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of people from different professional disciplines Skilled at engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders. Desirable Qualifications: Relevant Programme/project management qualifications (e.g. MSP, Prince II)
