Key  Requirement:

Experience in designing and reviewing Test Strategies and Plans as well as contributing to Test Policy

Experience in creating test estimates.

Established in managing End to End delivery of testing projects with multiple stakeholders.

Should have strong Stakeholder Management, Vendor management & Conflict resolution skills.

Know about the new testing market trend on automation

Have strong presentation skills and communication skills

Experience in conducting Defect Triage call along with vendor & stakeholders

Essential Skill:

Test Management, Defect management, Stakeholder Management, Automation testing Knowledge, Communication Skills

 Nice to Have Skills:

Coding skills with any OO language
