Programme Manager Remote to £100k

Programme Manager (Agile Change Management) *Remote*. Would you like to take on a high responsibility role as a Programme Manager at a global FinTech where you can make a real impact and enjoy a good work / life balance?

As a Programme Manager, you will be joining a centralised team that build tools used by the wider business with a specific focus on enhancing their largest pension offering. You will be managing multiple technology workstreams across product implementation, software development, infrastructure deployment, and will interface with the business change portfolio. You will be responsible for shaping and managing the programmes strategy direction, approach, and deliverables and will bring a holistic understanding of the wider context to provide input into the programme approach.

Other key responsibilities will include leading stakeholder engagement efforts in the programme, creating a positive and collaborative stakeholder management environment, being a key escalation point for work stream leads to maintain focus on programme delivery, resolving any issues that may arise, and focussing on the key programme level issues that need ongoing daily focus.  

This is a fully remote role allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK. You ideally will be able to commute to the Redhill office 1 day a month.

Requirements:

You have extensive experience within Programme Manager roles previously working on large and complex programmes (ideally within Financial Services)

You have experience working on large scale business chance / tech transformation type projects

You have proven experience of leading a team of IT change professionals - project and programme managers, business analysts, portfolio managers etc.

You have extensive experience using Agile methodologies

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills and can engage effectively with technical and non-technical professionals

You have strong stakeholder management skills
