Now, we're looking for a talented Business Development Manager for our Digital Engineering Services division to lead growth in the Digital Finance markets. This will include banking, financial services, insurers and fintechs. As a company, we have built a solid reputation for delivering high quality and premium value to our customers, and we need someone to carry the torch on. What you will be doing: + Collaborate on designing and implementing business strategies to build and increase the Digital Engineering Services client portfolio in the UK
+ Expand the Company's network of clients in the Digital Finance domains
+ Participate in the wider Digital Engineering Services division's Business Development efforts and strategy.
+ Prepare and manage financial proposals and commercial contracts
+ Manage and build a sales pipeline (from lead generation through proposal preparation, negotiation and closing) Experience and skills that would be great if you had: + At least 5 years' experience in business development in the software services industry in the UK (preferred)
+ Business Development/ Account Management experience
+ Ability to understand and develop deals from a commercial and financial perspective
+ Eager to collaborate on designing and implementing new business strategies to increase business in the UK
+ Comfortable in developing relationships and networking
+ Experienced dealing with Digital Transformation initiatives in the Digital Finance markets, engaging with dot-coms, start-ups, and scale-ups with an Agile mindset
+ English native speakers or high-proficiency is required
+ Availability to embark upon regular EU travel, and occasional wider travel outside EU Nice to have, but not essential: + Knowledge of Digital Transformation trends and Software Development Outsourcing models
+ Experience in applying the Nearshore or Offshore software engineering services paradigm
