Are you an Executive Assistant looking for a new role that makes a real difference? Do you want a chance to join a team that’s not only driven by a strong purpose and a great culture, but exists purely to help others have the same?
Are you looking for the chance to work directly with an incredible Leadership Team, but without the hierarchy, red-tape and egos of traditional change management consultancies?
Yes? Well, this one’s for you... About us We’re a different kind of consultancy that’s grown from start-up to fire-starter in the last five years. We’ve been purpose-driven from day one, and exist to make organisations work for the world, as well as their shareholders. With teams in London and Toronto, we work as a global team leading purpose-led cultural transformations for clients as varied as Openreach, NatWest, TripAdvisor, Danone, Salesforce, Grant Thornton, O2 and Ella’s Kitchen. To create big change, we’re extremely fast-paced. We get stuff done. If you don’t like pressure, pace, ownership and the thrill of making exciting things happen on a daily basis, we’re not for you. At the same time, one of our values is Stay Playful. That means cutting the jargon, leaving egos at the door and making sure that we add a little fun to everything we do, spicing up both our client work and team time to create a culture that gets us out of bed every morning. And although we work incredibly hard and give it our all, we also take our well-being seriously. That means investing heavily in employee wellbeing training and support, and making sure we aren’t working around the clock. We really believe in creating a better way of working, and this has attracted some of the best industry talent out there (were very proud of our team). Sound too good to be true? It’s not! About the role We are looking for a self-motivated, organised, proactive and passionate individual, who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment. You will be providing direct diary support to the Senior Leadership Team, liaising with PA’s of Senior Stakeholders for some of the world’s biggest firms, and providing first-class support for our Strategic Insights Board. You will always be two steps ahead, be confident holding senior people to task and always ensure your communications are in line with our culture and level of professionalism. This is a role that will bring huge value to the work we do! From arranging and coordinating our internal meetings and social events that keep us connected as a team, to assisting with key administration tasks and document production that make a difference to the level of service we provide to our clients. You’ll be self-starting, driven and diligent, and be able to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment, take curve-balls and work to tight deadlines. You’ll be brilliant at coordinating and organising meets, with proven experience of supporting C-suite level stakeholders. As with every member of our team, you’ll have an innate curiosity about the world around you and a desire to make a positive impact on it. And your attention to detail will be second to none! Last, but not least, as a small but mighty global team, every single one of us has a key role to play both in terms of our clients, but also in growing and improving the business. So you will be commercially-savvy and have a hunger to build and grow an early stage enterprise. Requirements Key responsibilities will include: Providing EA and diary support to the Leadership Team Liaising with EAs/ PA’s of Senior Stakeholders to coordinate meetings Proofreading, copying and editing documents Providing light touch branding and tech support for the Leadership Team Managing arrangements for team internal meetings Supporting the new governance cadence including: administering the governance

grow. Once a year new employees are able to join the scheme. The opportunity for fast growth, responsibility and ownership. A business environment that is genuinely built around people and where your voice
and opinion will be actively listened to. A tailored personal development plan, with regular skills sharing and training
