Lead UI / UX Designer to £90k

Lead UI / UX Designer *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a highly skilled UI / UX Designer seeking an opportunity to take ownership and make an impact, growing a team around you?

You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on role for a global FinTech.

As a Lead UI / UX Designer you will bring UI / UX inhouse (previously outsourced to a Digital Agency) and help to modernise the entire suite of bespoke UI / UX Design for a major product that has around 200 UK clients. You'll have a broad scope, acting as a Scrum Master/Product Manager to liaise across the business and bring all UI / UX together in a role that will enable you to make a real impact and build a team around you. You'll remain hands-on with wireframing and prototyping, using a data led approach to deliver UI / UX Designs of the highest quality.

Following a remote interview process you can work from home the majority of the time, meeting up with the team in London around once a week / fortnight.

Requirements:

• You have a strong, up to date portfolio (ideally web based)
• You have experience of leading UI / UX Design projects within large, corporate, B2B product based environments
• You have a good awareness of Product Management
• You have experience of working with Agile Scrum teams, managing UI / UX development projects
• You have a good understanding of SaaS products
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
