My Client is a tech-enabled sustainable energy business whose purpose is to deliver sustainable energy and move the needle on climate change. It is a cloud based company whose Development Operations are run through Microsoft Azure DevOps. They are looking for a forwarding thinking highly motivated DevOps engineer to take responsibility for the end-to-end development to release process of our ongoing software projects. A DevOps engineer with a strong technical background. Job description: Defining, owning and managing the full software lifecycleDefine strategy, governance and process for software development and release across multiple teams.Develop a DevOps operating model and supporting team. Recruit, grow, mentor and support team members.Ensure that service deployments adhere to security, performance, reliability, data management and monitoring standards.Desired Skills/Experience:A breadth and depth of experience and understanding of PaaS and SaaS based cloud solution architecture and development across multiple systems and services with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Dynamics and the Power Platform.Knowledge and experience of managing the software development lifecycle using Azure DevOps.
