Start date: ASAPOur exceptional, well recognised client is looking for a Finance Operations Manager to join their fantastic organisation. You will be responsible for the operational delivery of distributions to all customers, whilst having a clear understanding on the impact and relation to the financial reporting for the company. ResponsibilitiesEffective planning and scheduling of each distribution producing timelines and impact analysis.Optimisation and streamlining of internal distribution processes, procedures and systems to ensure the team are working effectively and within a controls focused environment.Investigating and validating the reasons for QA discrepancies e.g. Volume discounts, Commission rates, bespoke manual requirements, taxes.Regularly reviewing and ensuring CRM is updated Withholding Tax rates & Commission rates

Essential SkillsProfessionally qualified Accountant with significant post qualification experience at least 3-5 years post qualification experience in an Operational Finance RoleExperience of working in a complex environment, including implementing strong processes and controls.Project Management Experience.Experience in senior finance roles, ideally also with some auditing background.Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills.BenefitsHybrid workingAuto-Enrol Pension (salary sacrifice)Bonus Scheme The role is LIVE and my client is looking to hire.
