Pega Business Analyst c.£50k - £75k + bonus + good bens (Multiple positions available at various levels)

Multiple working location options - London, Bristol, Woking, Birmingham, Manchester. Can also consider remote / home based

Our client is one of the leading global consultancies and we have been asked to assist in the hire of Business Analyst to join their Pega team.

Key skills / experience

Required Skills

*Minimum of 5 years' experience as business analyst.

*Minimum 3 years' experience with Pega projects. Pega Customer Service or Sales Automation implementation experience a plus.

*Experience with Business Requirements gathering and analysis.

*Experience with Business Process Modeling.

*Experience with Change Management

*Strong analytical skills and pro-active problem-solving skills.

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization.

*Must have worked in an Agile/Scrum methodology - experience with Pega Express Methodology a plus.

*Strong track record of customer engagement and delivery success.

Roles and Responsibilities

*Analyze and translate business requirements into story boards, epics & user stories.

*Being able to use Agile Studio & Agile Workbench, Products and features (micro journeys)

*Ability to prepare functional use cases and other requirement artifacts

*Lead Requirement Workshops, formalize and validate business requirements, processes and solutions keeping the Pega Product Features in mind.

*Support the development of solutions by working closely with business and IT developers, end users, and leadership.

*Support functional tests and user's acceptance tests.

*Ability to conduct Show and Tell sessions with business users

*Share best practices, lessons learned and work on continuous improvement of delivery methodology and tools.

*Prioritize workload and balance/escalate conflicting demands in order to ensure agreed upon deadlines are achieved.

*Develop effective working relationships with the business stakeholders to assist in the delivery of projects and ensure service continuity, while maintaining customer satisfaction levels.

*Play the role of a trusted advisor and thought leader for the client.
