Hi all,I am reaching out today as I have an opportunity for a Software Lead on my table;My client is currently a leading company in the bio tech and automation industry. They are currently seeking a Software Lead that has an extensive experience working in a Python environment while leading a team of engineers.Role & ResponsibilitiesWorking alongside the project manager to plan out the workAvoiding mix-ups between hardware and software by working with other engineersDefining scope of software productGathering software requirements from stakeholdersBreaking the product down into discrete modules or work packages to be developed by software engineers (e.g. python work flows, equipment drivers, UIs)Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience as a software engineerComputer science / Machine Learning backgroundExperience managing teams of engineersThis role will be a 6 months rolling contract outside IR35 that will be extended under certain circumstances.
