Support Analyst Slough to £40k
Support Analyst (Application Support Linux) *Remote*. Opportunity for a talented Support Analyst to join a highly collaborative and tech driven company. You will be part of a friendly and motivated team that supports innovative and entrepreneurial products.
The company is a global provider of ERP software solutions that strive to improve business efficiencies.
As a Support Analyst, you will be supporting customers globally who are using the company's Java based SaaS product that provides automation software for financial processes. Your key goal will be to provide a high level of 1st line support to assist customers in a timely, accurate, and friendly manner with their queries about the products, ensuring these are resolved or escalated to the 2nd line support team. On a typical day you will be managing customer cases using the ticketing system (Zendesk), documenting customer interactions, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues, and participating in support meetings.
This can be a fully remote role allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK. You will be expected to occasionally go into the offices based in Slough.
Requirements:
You must have previous experience within an application support-based role
You have a strong understanding of Linux and experience supporting Linux environments
You have experience using ticketing systems (ideally Zendesk)
You have strong problem-solving skills
You have exceptional customer service skills
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
