Our client is a well-known building society with headquarters in Swindon; As one of the largest savings and mortgage providers in the UK, 15 million members are at the heart of everything they do.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Project Delivery Manager for a 6 months contract based remotely.

Purpose of the Role:

This role will have three main focus areas; doing delivery, resourcing delivery and enabling delivering.

As a roject Delivery Manager you will be responsible for:

• This role will use appropriate frameworks, tools and techniques to plan and deliver change initiatives, adapting approach to manage complexity and drive out safe delivery at pace
• Delivering towards the overall change team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and managing the expectations of stakeholders
• Lead the way as a facilitator who helps and supports the change team to perform at their best, follow the scrum process an agile values and practices typically for medium to large sized change initiatives/projects or programmes.

This role will have three main focus areas; doing delivery, resourcing delivery and enabling delivering.

• Emphasis on technical infrastructure delivery
• Expect to host calls, daily springs, Agile etc.
• Support the Platform for Middleware, VMware, UCS, (Moving more into terraform), technical platforms, interface heavily with networking team, understanding on the network side, (infrastructure)

What we require from the candidate:

• Proven experience in Project Delivery
• Technical background
• Platform for middleware

This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
