Excellent opportunity for a Senior field support engineer to join a growing IT and Cloud Solutions provider offering full in house training and excellent progression opportunities.

This company are a well-established managed service business who provide technical support to a diverse range of clients and industries. They provide solutions such as Infrastructure support and migration as well as ERP and Cloud solutions.

In this role you will involved in designing, implementing and coordinating new solutions delivery. You will be troubleshooting and resolving IT issues and providing excellent customer support to their large array of clientele on their sites and progress into a Cloud Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have commercial experience in a field IT Support role, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft domain infrastructure such as Active Directory an Exchange. You will have experience with migration projects, and a strong knowledge of networking an virtualization technologies such as VMware, Citrix and/or Hyper-V.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior technical support engineer looking to grow in a thriving and expanding IT and Cloud Solution provider in a varied role offering training and progression.

The Role:

*Providing high levels of customer service

*Technical Support, Trouble Shooting, Monitoring

*Project delivering migration projects

*UK Travel (mainly in the North and Midlands)

The Person:

*Must have UK Driving License

*Knowledge of networking and servers

*Technical Support experience

*Active Directory, Exchange, 365

*Knowledge of VMware/ Hyper V/ Citrix
