Contract details- Duration: 5 months - IR35 Status: Outside - Day rates: £200- Type of role: on-site- Start date: asapRoles details below:Service Desk support to staff via a ticketing system and providing on-site help desk walk-insResolving supports callsCreation and management of support documentationManage the creation of starter accounts and configure hardware Manage the deactivation of leaver accounts and hardware (laptops and mobile phones)Escalation of requests and incidents to 2nd Line support engineersTechnical stack /experienceProven Windows 10 experience and sound knowledgeUnderstanding of multiple concepts such as WAN, LAN, Servers, Intranet, TCP/IP, Virtual Desktop InfrastructureMS Exchange Server understandingActive Directory proven Office 365 support experience (Azure, exchange, SharePoint, Office Suite)Monitors, printer, and desktop hardware supportUnderstanding of AV software support and remote connection toolsKnowledge of hardware imaging from pixie booting and bootable devicesNigel Frank International is the leading Microsoft and Cloud recruitment firm in the UK, advertising more Azure jobs than any other agency.
