Backend Software Engineer Poole / WfH to £55k

Backend Software Engineer / Developer (C# .Net Core IOT microservices) *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a technologist with an interest in C# and IoT technology?

You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on role at a technology company that's complex software solutions enable things such as tap-in / tap-out services on London transport as they scale up and expand internationally.

As a Backend Software Engineer you'll build applications within a C# .Net Core microservice architecture to connect with IoT devices. You'll be joining a small, collaborative Agile Scrum team, ensuring technical standards are upheld and making continual improvements.

Following a remote interview you'll join colleagues in the office in Poole 2 days a week (so you can get access to the devices).

Requirements:

• You have strong C# .Net development experience
• You have a good knowledge of Design Patterns, SOLID principles and OOP
• You're familiar with CI/CD and microservices
• You're a collaborative communicator with Agile team experience
• Ideally you have some experience working with IoT / embedded devices (not essential); technologies such as Visual Studio IDE, on Android Xamarin and / or .NET Compact Framework would be useful
