Role: Interim Scrum Master

Location: Remote

Rate: £450 Per Day

IR35: Outside IR35

Contract Length: 6 Months (Highly likely to extend)

I am currently working with a global organisation that are looking for an interim Scrum Master for an initial 6 month period.

The role will offer fully remote working practices and my client is looking for someone to start at the end of June / beginning of July.

Purpose of Role:My client are embarking on the latest stage of their Digital Transformation strategy. This next stage will be focused around the implementation of a new CRM system and include a worldwide roll out.You will design and implement well-designed processes to meet the demands of the strategic projects and product development, balanced with business as usual.

Responsibilities Setting up and looking after Jira BoardsFacilitation of Scrum CeremoniesDemand and Resource ManagementAnalysis, Insight & ReportingTracking and following up on actionsStakeholder Management

Required Experience Certified Scrum MasterLean Six Sigma is desirable but not essentialMultiple years of working as a Scrum MasterExcellent working knowledge of JiraOperating in a fast paced and challenging environmentDemonstrable experience in planning and prioritisation to deliver service levels and business goalsKnowledgeable in technology strategy development & road-mappingPlease click here to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
