As the 1st Line IT Technician, you will be the first point of contact in providing technical support and advice to staff and students, as well as supporting a wide range of activities and events across three school sites. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to improving IT procedures and policies, and school and trust wide projects with opportunities for professional development.

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace software

Enterprise anti-virus and endpoint protection
