RoleWe are looking for a Developer Success Manager to lead a highly successful operations team in a company with a big impact in the industry.If you consider yourself a "doer" - a person who acts rather than talking or thinking, who strives to create the best customer engagement and focuses on providing the best insights on client to business interactions - then we must talk.Responsibilities:Team leadership.Focus on customer loyalty and build strong relationships with app developers.Ensure the best onboarding experience for new developers.Foster a customer-centric team environment.Develop and execute success plans including strategies to meet business objectives and stakeholders goals.
