We have an exciting opportunity for an Offline Media Account Director to join our amazing team in Leeds. You will work closely with the Board Directors and Business Directors - on strategy and developing a dynamic team. We are an integrated agency, you will great opportunity to work across the different departments -  Digital, Labs, SEO and Finance. This role is diverse and provides the opportunity to work across a whole spectrum of Offline Media channels.   The role is fast paced and varied so it will suit candidates skilled in analytics and who are commercially savvy but also effective managers and business focused. There will be huge levels of accountability within this role - you will be an entrepreneur at our company and a business partner to clients.  Duties / Responsibilities:
*Deliver excellent day-to-day client service to your client portfolio. 
*Lots of client contact and relationship building.
*Leading your team with the support of the Account Manager.
*Strategic planning and problem solving. 
*Leading client meetings and relationships.
*Managing client’s business to ensure optimum spend.
*Instrumental in strategic team thinking and quality of work.
*Instigating planning and client related business initiatives.
*Establishing and managing long-term client strategies.
*Assessing client satisfaction and profitability. 
*Key media owner negotiation and ensuring buying standards are maintained.
*Providing Board with insight of day-to-day client/team/media owner issues
*Identification of any new offline media opportunities.
*Increase offline media ‘knowledge’ in the agency and lead training programmes where required
*Key to recruiting and retaining top talent.  You should be a strong relationship builder with agency experience - really owning key client relationships.  Building relationships is what we’re all about. *4+ years’ experience in a similar role working with offline media channels - TV, radio, outdoor, digital and print.
*Fully conversant (planning and buying) across several media channels, including TV.
*Strong client relationships and ownership of several accounts
*Sound experience working at strategic level and making recommendations.
*Team management to deliver effective media campaigns across integrated channel.
*Developing and mentoring to ensure exceptional client delivery.
*Establishing and managing long term client strategies
*Taking an active role in new business generation
*A confident communicator; written and verbal. Lead client meetings and presentations.  Benefits:
