Supporting the HR Director - EMEA with the day-to-day delivery of HR services for EMEA based employees. This role will be responsible for day-to-day HR support to employees across the region, implementation of employee engagement initiatives and supporting with HR policies and compliance. Principle Accountabilities

Provide HR support to EMEA based offices & employees Provide guidance and support to drive compliance with all HR procedures HR inductions and exit interviews - giving feedback to HR Director (use external survey links when unable to conduct face to face interviews) Support with the implementation and management of employee engagement initiatives across the region Working with the HR Director, ensure the legal compliance of HR practices by regularly reviewing and updating all HR policies, handbooks and employee contracts ensuring all statutory requirements are met Work with Line Managers to ensure EMEA staff have completed targets (Bamboo goals recorded, quarterly reviews, peer feedback etc...) Management of UK apprenticeship levy funds and the allocation of the fund Support HR Manager with involvement in H&S legal compliance, through DSE assessment forms and pregnancy risk assessments for UK based employees Manage parental leave including risk assessments, letters, KIT days and return to works for EMEA staff Support & drive ISO compliance by preparing EMEA audits working with HR Coordinator and HR Director Facilitate monthly Excellence and length of service awards for EMEA staff Support the renewal, enrolment and maintenance of any employee benefit policies and answering queries on these from employees. Provide support to HR Director on projects and EMEA tasks Using insight gathered via exit interviews and engagement results make recommendations to HR Director for change. Support HR Director to communicate strategic goals and work with managers to ensure completed targets. Support HR Director to drive the annual people strategy across EMEA.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Excellent communication skills Ability to build trust & relationships with key stakeholders Experience working within an HR role A working knowledge of business HR practices Ability to build good customer relationships
PC Literate GCSE / standard grade qualifications or equivalent A degree in relevant subject desirable but not essential CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential What we can offer you!
