Are you a Project Manager with a background in construction, M&E or renewables?

This well-established company specialise in the design, installation and maintenance of renewable energy systems such as heat pumps and solar PV. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years and have built a strong reputation through the bespoke solutions that they offer their clients. As a result of winning new projects and with a healthy pipeline of work in place, they are now looking to expand their project management function to facilitate future success.

In this role, the successful candidate will be managing the installation of multiple renewable projects from the point of sale to completion. Projects will be domestic and commercial, and will mainly be for ground source heat pumps, but also some air source heat pumps and solar PV.

The ideal candidate will be a Project Manager from the renewable, M&E or construction sector, with experience of manging multiple projects concurrently. Candidates must either have a Price 2 qualification or equivalent, or be a time-served project manager.

The Role:

*Manage the installation of domestic and commercial renewable energy projects

*Ensure projects are running on time, to budget, to client specification and to company standards.

*Responsible for pre-project costing, ordering and scheduling equipment, adhering to company standards

*Work closely with project co-ordinator to advise on planning and scheduling of workforce

*Ensure H&S on site and that standards are being met

*Be the main point of contact for client, provide update reports and answer any queries

*Full training on renewables provided

*Hybrid working with some site visits (office based during probation period)

The Person:

*Experienced in managing multiple projects concurrently within the construction, M&E or renewable industry

*Price 2 or equivalent, or a time-served Project Manager

*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

*IT literate
