I am currently looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst/1st Line Support Analyst to work for a Client in the West Midlands.

Responsibilities:

-Dealing with IT queries over the phone

-Managing self-service and web chat

-First point of contact for all IT related queries and faults

This role will be based on site 5 days per week on an initial 6 month contract.
