Job description

• Leading customer experience and digital transformation projects
• Extensive stakeholder management, gathering requirements, presenting prototypes etc.
• Conducting User research to stay up to date with the latest trends
• Liaising with senior team memebers in business development
• Leading a team of junior designers, coaching and mentoring.

Skills and experience

• Understanding of utilising qualitative and quantitative data to created designs that are evidence based
• Conducting user research to gather data
• Good understanding of UX practices and strong design skills in UI
• Proficient in creative tools such as Adobe suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision etc.
• Ability to bridge the gap between initial and final designs by staying on course with planning.
• Experience in full design life cycle - strategy, conceptualisation, information architecture, wire frames/prototypes, UI content creation, art working, quality checking
