Technical Product Owner / Entrepreneur Reigate to £90k

Technical Product Owner / Entrepreneur *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a bright, ambitious, tech savvy Product Owner with an entrepreneurial mindset?

You could be progressing your career at a global FinTech business, within a Lean Start-up "tech incubator" that is using a range of technologies to focus on developing new products using AI and Machine Learning, in an impactful role. You'll be problem solving and working on Greenfield projects, coming up with ideas about how to productionise and monetise the tech being developed, whilst be mentored and supported by the Senior Intrapreneur. You'll contribute to requirements and definition and roadmap creation, driving new projects through the early stages of innovation, identifying appropriate targets, early adopters, product positioning and shaping new commercial and technical models.

You'll be advocate of Agile ways of working and collaborate with software engineers to drive engineering excellence across all aspects of the software development lifecycle.

There's a remote interview and onboarding process; you'll be able to work from home most of the time with only occasional (once a fortnight) visits to the office in Reigate to meet up with the team.

Requirements:

You're degree educated in Economics, Engineering, Business, Entrepreneurship or related discipline

You have experience working with a Lean Start-up and building products with a Design Thinking approach

You have a good knowledge of Agile methodologies, product backlog management and prioritisation

You have strong problem solving and organisation skills with meticulous attention to detail

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
