Digital Business Analyst

c.£60k - £85k + bonus + good bens (Multiple positions available at various levels)

We are seeking a number of Digital Business Analyst who have experience of operating within the Digital Experience space. Our client offers excellence in career growth, professional development and a coveted personalised benefits package.

Within this unit, our client handle Agile, digital delivery with capabilities spanning Salesforce, JavaScript frameworks, Pega, mobile development, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe and Enterprise Cloud Services backed by Agile Delivery, Business Analysis, Platform Engineering and UX/UI practices to cover the end-to-end delivery of some of the most cutting edge and scalable projects delivering digital transformation.

Responsibilities

*Building highly collaborative internal and external stakeholder relationships

*Developing the product vision with stakeholders and representing their needs to one or more Agile delivery teams

*Working with Agile delivery teams to design a prioritised Product Backlog and plan on how to deliver this

*Prioritising and maintaining the Product Backlog, collaborating with Business Analysts and Developers to create and refine User Stories according to business value and technical risk

*Leading efforts to evaluate, select, and implement appropriate software and system solutions that support and enable delivery

*Directing the development of user-driven prototypes to test potential new features with users to verify potential improvements

*Enabling your team to release frequent product improvements that deliver real value for users

*Supporting effective business analysis through analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills

*Identifying and leading process improvements for requirements gathering and documentation of those requirements

*Actively participating in networking and training with Product Managers to share Agile best practice and learning

*Maintaining awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential applications

*Performing other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above
