Business Systems Analyst - up to 63K - 12+ months FTC + benefits

Remote / Occasional travel to Southampton office

As an established and approved technology recruitment partner to this global financial services organisation, we have been asked to assist in the hire of a Business Systems Analyst to be part of transforming the High-Net-Worth business. The output will be a target end-state business architecture for an integrated, digitally enabled HNW business delivering a client-led growth outcome.

The successful candidate will have specific experience in leading business change projects and the ability to be hands on when the work requires.

Key skills

*Delivery focused Business Systems Analysis experience

*SDLC

*Capability to work in an Agile or DevOps environment.

*Excellent stakeholder engagement capability with the ability to manage expectations

and explain technical detail

*Financial services industry sector experience helpful.

*Leading Business Change projects

*Technical knowledge and experience of at least one for the following:

* Application and Data Integration Platforms

* Web Content Management; e

* CRM platforms e.g. Salesforce

* ERP solutions e.g. Oracle Financials, Workday

* SQL Server Databases

* Microsoft technologies

Ideally, you will be a qualified Agile Practitioner and/or ITIL Practitioner. Any external accreditation in Business Analysis/Systems Analysis is desirable but not essential.

This role is fully remote. You may be asked to very occasionally visit the closest office to your home. The manager mentioned she has been fully remote for the past 4 months. (Office locations are: London, or Southampton)

Salary: up to 63K

Benefits: Cash benefit (£1250), 10% pension employer contribution and 26 paid holidays (with bank holidays on top of course).
