Overview of your view:

Reporting into the Digital and Integration Application Manager, you will join us on an exciting journey of IT transformation. Working with our supportive and friendly team of 45 developers, you will help maintain applications as well as lead on a number of amazing projects through-out your career with us focusing on updating, improving and implementing new processes and technology which will have a major impact on supporting the business with reaching our key business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include: Develop, test and implement new software programs Write and design coding flow charts and models Design and update software including: Software Applications, Web development, Data Communication Processes, User Interfaces Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization Work with team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing Resolve complex technical design issues Development of technical specifications and plans Analyse user requirements and convert requirements to design documents Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issue About you:

Coming from a solid .Net Development background, you will thrive under pressure, have extensive knowledge of a range of programming languages as well as the full software development life-cycle. Experience of working in an enterprise environment is essential as is excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Previous experience of guiding and mentoring others is desirable but not essential.
