Service Desk Analyst | ServiceNowLondon
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum
My client is a London Market Insurance Firm based in the City and they are looking to appoint a Service Desk Analyst to work to help support their Infrastructure Capibility.
They are looking for someone who can:
* Support the Infrastructure team across multiple areas including following up on escalations/ issues where required.
* Will assist process owners with template setups
* Will assist process owners with hands on process support
* Change management support where needed.
* ITSM support systems administration including ITSM ticketing (Halo)
* Support and administration related to key meetings such as Service reviews.
The Ideal candidate will have experience with:
* Microsoft office tools, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
* experience and understanding of infrastructure components like operating systems, databases, middleware, storage, network devices, hypervisors
* Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Halo etc
* Good communicator, able to work with global teams
* ITIL Foundation and advantage
