Job Title: Business Systems AnalystJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Exton, PA (On-site)Salary: 100-105k Summary:The Business Systems Analyst performs duties related to the implementation, management, maintenance, enhancement, and support of critical software systems. The incumbent consults with stakeholders to gather and define requirements; configures and implements new systems and/or enhance existing systems; writes and executes test plans; troubleshoots and resolves complex system issues; delivers training and guidance to end users and system/service owners; develops and maintains system documentation. Esssential Functions:Works as part of the team to implement Dynamics 365 FSC ERP to replace current Dynamics AX 2012.Analyzes current business processes and makes recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.Works with cross-functional teams to best utilize enterprise systems to meet business needs.Interacts and consults with end users in multiple departments to identify system requirementsPlans and implements supportive business solutions.Proactively contributes to the continuous improvement of technology/business processes through identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.Develops and maintains documentation and training materials for systems.Improves training and operational procedures within business units to increase efficiency and productivity.Works with other members of the IT team to help evaluate business processes, trouble-shoot systems and incorporate solutions. Job requirements:Experience implementing/managing ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics D365.5-7 years of experience as a business systems analyst or similar role in the IT field.Experience building process maps, gathering business requirements, and adherence to formal change management policies.Excellent organizational and project management experience/skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and technical skills.Strong business understanding of manufacturing systems and processes and supply chain and distribution.Strong documentation skills.Bachelor's degree in IT and/or Business Management.Ability to communicate effectively with users in all levels of the organization For immediate consideration please send your uodated resume to [email protected]
