This company is a remote-first, award-winning digital agency. They're growing fast, so they're looking for brilliant, skilled people to join their friendly and hard-working team.

You can work remotely on the basis that you can commute to the office (London, Shoreditch) ±3 days a month for meetings/socials. You'll also need to occasionally travel to client sites.

Overseeing the entire Delivery function of the business, you will be running the Project Management division, ensuring successful delivery of client projects. They deliver technical web and app projects - web design & build, app design & build, and digital marketing. You will therefore need to have a good understanding of technology, software design and development and speak with internal and external peers on a technical level. You will be a core part of the Agency's senior management team, running a growing team and will be intrinsic to the ongoing and future success of the Agency. You will need experience in a similar level role previously.

Responsibilities:

- To ensure the smooth running of the business through a solution-focused approach to project delivery in a fast-growing business

- To lead the project management discipline and team and to continually develop and improve the project processes and documentation to ensure they fit the evolving business needs

- You will be managing project managers who each have their own team of developers, designers, testers, etc

- Managing the project delivery workflow and capacity planning

- Accountable for managing the production systems and processes that underpin the delivery function of the business

- Be the go-to person on all aspects of delivery

- Responsible for leading pitch and proposal work if project manager not available/able

Skills:

- Strong leadership experience; building and driving the performance for a software delivery team

- Experience in working at a Digital Agency on a range of client portfolios

- Adept at building client relationships and ability to provide guidance, issue resolution and confidence

- Advanced communication skills including stakeholder management and client engagement as well as motivation and leadership to the team

- You have experience working with technical teams in the past and you have a solid understanding of how software development and technologists work in a business
