Programme Manager - inside IR35 - 6 months - Birmingham/remote
Our client is looking for a Programme Manager to lead a programme of work spanning three business areas implementing specialist technology that automates the reward process for sales bonus commission as well as developing / optimising the support model / team for sales bonus commission payments.
It is essential to have experience of:
* Programme Management / project management
* Compensation and benefits software implementations
* Reward based projects and programmes
* Management of reward-based processes
* Management of services within a HR Services environment
It is essential to be:
* A self-starter
* Able to be autonomous and operate with ambiguity
* Detail oriented

* Comfortable working in a distributed team across different levels
Excellent analytical and presentations skills
