Hugely successful technology company that is revolutionising the design and delivery of CPU chips is seeking a Python Software Developer to join their growing team of 8. The business is highly profitable and have recently received over £19 million in series A funding.

As a Python Software Developer, you will be designing and developing software that lies between the front end composer (GUI) and the back end tools. You'll work collaboratively with your Agile team to deliver into the complex ecosystem, tackling varied technical challenges within a fast paced and stimulating environment. The primary codebase is written in Python, although the team use a diverse range of tools and technologies such as PyTest, Puppet, Terraform, JSON, Perforce, Virtuoso, Spectre, Gitlab, and AWS.

This role offers a lot of flexibility allowing you to work remotely up to 4 days a week. When you are in the office you can expect to be within a fun, vibrant, and collaborative environment in a modern and spacious office.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Software Developer using Python
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and best practises
• Familiar with Agile ways of working
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Any experience with electronics / CPU / chips is highly desirable
