Role & Responsibilities

Maintaining an inventory of IT systems and developing plans for upgrades or new systems aligned to the IT Strategy. IT SecurityEnsuring users have the appropriate level of access necessary to perform their role (& no more).Developing test arrangements to ensure critical IT Systems availability following a disaster.Deploying regular updates of security systems that ensure the IT Infrastructure is protected against unauthorised access or malicious intent.Managing change delivery projects to include project governance, project funding, project delivery, systems acquisition/build, user acceptance, service transition, documentation & spend tracking for all projects & enhancements.Driving continuous improvements to reduce the number of incidents & drive systems utilisation.Ensuring all incidents/requests are resolved within SLA following the agreed processes.Performing routine activities to ensure IT Systems are performing optimally & being monitored.Developing, implementing, maintaining, and overseeing enforcement of internal security policies and procedures. Planning and implementing system security administration and user system access based on industry-standard best practices and compliance requirements.Ensuring all existing and new IT vendors comply with Saputo technical and organisation measures and controls in relation to GDPR and Cloud Compliance.Developing and maintaining a program of Cyber Security awareness and training aligned with Saputo standards.

Skills & QualificationsExperienced in working with relevant technologies in a support and project capacity. This includes:Networks - Cisco LAN, Cisco Wi-Fi, MPLS WAN, Cisco SDWAN, Cisco/ Microsoft IP Telephony o IT Security - Checkpoint firewall/VPN, Cisco Firewall/VPN o Cisco Certification is requiredA good communicator and able to build strong relationships (this will include IT teams in the UK, globally and across the wider business).Able to understand and document business technical requirements and system specifications.Able to demonstrate experience of working within the FMCG industry, preferably Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, automation etc.
