Salesforce Business Systems Analyst Technology: Salesforce.comDate Posted: 6/2/2022Salary: $130K Location: Salt Lake City (Remote) We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join the team with one of my biggest clients in the San Diego area. This company is a Salesforce end-user and rapidly expanding their instance of Salesforce. With this expansion of their org, they need someone to come in and be able to communicate with key stakeholders and c-suite executives to gather user requirements and translate them into technical solutions. This role will work closely with the Product Managers and Salesforce Developers on the team. Responsibilities

Analyze processes and identify areas for improvementManage the systems queue to determine operational needs and prioritizationPartner cross-functionally to define scope and gather requirementsGenerate detailed documentation and changes requirementsAlign and communicate with internal stakeholders on key priorities and initiativesTrack progress of key projects and redefine requirements as neededPerform detailed testing for release of new initiativesSimultaneously support multiple programsQualifications
