We are currently looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to play an active role in joining a growing IT & Transformation team providing technical assistance to the businesses. Working alongside the infrastructure and project teams to support, maintain, and deliver IT systems.The Engineer will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of the IT investment.Role & Responsibilities:Perform onsite/remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of IT related problems. Recommend and implement corrective solutions.Receive and respond to incoming calls, service desk tickets and email incidents and requests. Record, track, and document ensuring SLAs are met.Supporting the infrastructure throughout its lifecycle, configuration, installation, update, and support.Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems and networks.Proactively working to reducing support incident and problem tickets through automation, root cause analysis of recuring issues and new technology.Monitor and react to key infrastructure alarms, metrics, and security events.Skills Required:Working at a 2nd line technical level for 5+ years.Extensive knowledge and experience working with Office 365. Specifically, around Exchange and Sharepoint.Azure Intune/Endpoint security.Windows Server Administration. Competent in the understanding of configuration of critical roles and features. AD, DNS, DHCP.Strong understanding of networking concepts. Experience supporting Firewalls, Switches, Wireless Access points.Working with Virtualization technology. (VMware).Would be nice to have:Experience working for Financial, Legal, or similar professional level company dealing with C level executives in high pressured environments.
