Job DescriptionI am working with a global powerhouse who are hiring for a number of Adobe AEM architects for the business. This is a hybrid role, with client office and client sites mainly in and around London. We are looking for candidates with good technical experience as well as strong customer engagement experience.

Role & ResponsibilitiesOwnership of services solution and architecture solution design including estimation and planning for impactful proposals and RFP responses.Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving multiple customer opportunities in parallelPartner with sales teams to conduct business and technical discovery with customersExpedite the sales cycle by demonstrating superior knowledge of AEM Assets and Workfront solutions and the value these solutions bring to customers.Evangelize AEM Assets and Workfront, supporting sales and marketing by attending industry trade shows and events, delivering presentations to customers and prospects.Problem solve novel solutions, architectures and use cases to help customers meet their objectivesCreate personalized roadmaps for customers that align corporate goals, what is possible, key business measures/KPI's and a practical implementation plan.Partner with customers to assess work management business practices, identifying and articulating business value achieved with the Workfront solution.Work closely to build an implementation and adoption plan/strategy that resonates with key stakeholders. This process will include not only identifying Workfront value but also potential integration opportunities in the overall customer technology landscape and aligning service providers with customers for optimal success - prescribing both internal and external service resources.Strong high-level architecture and design skills and the ability to apply them to solve both simple and complex problems.Specific experience with either AEM Assets or Workfront.Workfront Work Management is good to have; must become Workfront Certified.

Skills & QualificationsA Deep understanding of leading the overall strategy, implementation and workflow of a Digital Asset Management system.In-depth understanding of the typical requirements for CMS (AEM) implementation and broader digital experience transformation including digital marketing, content marketing, personalisation and analytics.Strong architectural knowledge and solution design and services scope definition in relation to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) sites, assets and integrations to broader Adobe and non-Adobe systems.Well-versed with presales, solutioning and estimation for solutions involving Adobe Experience Manager.Deep experience working directly with Marketing and/or IT/PMO customers with established industry credibility.Balance of business and technology acumen, including the ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and to tie your solutions to program success criteriaTechnical background with the ability to discuss integrations, review and interpret API documentation.Excellent situational awareness with highly developed soft skills such as listening, empathy, and the ability to adjust communication style based on the audience.In-depth understanding of business and technology, with the ability to communicate complex technology capabilities as a narrative with real-world application.Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of developing long-lasting relationships with multiple stakeholders, partners, and customers.Skilled at handling customer escalations (internal and external) and more importantly negotiating resolutions.Genuine passion, interest, willingness and ability to adjust to continuously changing priorities and needs.Must be comfortable working remotely, as well as face to face, with all levels of a customer organizationPossess the ability to gather information on customer business processes, critical success factors, and competitive standing to deliver value-added business solutionsKnowledge of the work management, project management, and portfolio management market space, competitors and related industriesIndependent thinker, with excellent collaboration skills and proven track record in problem-solving while working in a remote, fast-paced environmentExcellent presentation skills, business writing skills, and oral communication skillsWillingness to travel where required.Technical degree with advanced degree preferredBenefitsCompetitive salary Extensive benefits packageHybrid [email protected] 8266726
