In so doing, they seek to make a positive, sustainable contribution to both the UK economy and society.On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Senior BOT Business Analyst for a 6 Month contract based in London and remotely.Purpose of the Role:Within this department the Sales Tools development team is responsible for the design and development of several applications that are integral to the sales desktop. Users of our systems are based in different divisions within BNP Paribas. The wide range of products and stakeholders makes for a lot of variety in the projects and the enhancements work we must complete. The applications are developed in London, New York and Hong Kong with testing performed in India. We are now seeking to appoint an experienced BA/PM with a proven track record of business analysis and project management of diverse technical applications within a banking environment.As a Senior BOT Business Analyst you will be responsible for:Liaising with multiple business line stakeholders to determine prioritisation of workTeasing out and documenting business requirementsCommunicating with the development team to capture realistic delivery estimatesPreparation of roadmaps and communication of timescales.Management of SprintsWhat we require from the candidate:Proven experience of Project Management skills on medium-sized development projectsProven experience of Business Analysis skills across diverse stakeholders.Outstanding written and spoken communication skills.Proactive approach and an ability to prioritise appropriately.Ability to distil the essence of requirements from multiple sources and to correctly identify synergies and differences.Ability to use appropriate tools to fulfil the job responsibilities, including Jira, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word.Experience with agile development methods (proven experience choosing and adapting different practices)Experience in working with banking front-office.A background in application development

Desirable Requirements
