Principal Ruby Developer Remote / London to £100k

Principal Ruby Developer / Ruby Specialist (TDD SOLID Ruby on Rails OOP) *Remote*. Hugely successful FinTech that is experiencing rapid growth is seeking a Principal Ruby Developer to join their team. As a Principal Ruby Developer you will act as the Ruby specialist for all teams across the company and will be the go to person for everything Ruby related. Clean coding and TDD is paramount and you'll pair with other engineers and take part in peer code reviews to solve business problems and complex Ruby issues.

This role is fully remote allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK.

Requirements:

An expert in Ruby engineering and experience using Ruby on Rails

Very good knowledge of TDD and clean coding with experience using testing tools

Good knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
