Predominantly remote with Ad-Hoc days on site for workshops

£500 per day

The Role

Provides a diverse and exciting range of services with an ambitious portfolio of digital projects to support them. The core function of the Business Analyst community is to support delivery of this project portfolio.

You will use business analysis skills to understand business problems, improve processes and identify viable technical solutions to drive successful change. Ensuring throughout, that solutions meet the needs and standards for business areas.

The ideal candidate will use business analysis skills to bring innovation, creativity and problem solving to all aspects of their work. You will build strong relationships and develop connections across a diverse and inclusive organisation and build trust with colleagues and business users to ensure the continued success of our client

Key Responsibilities

*Elicit and manage remaining functional requirements for ITT

*Work closely with Procurement and Commercial Services (PCS) to complete the ongoing ITT. Create scenarios, case studies and scoring matrix for ITT

*Manage the procurement process, including managing timeline, organising and managing evaluation panel, collating queries and clarification questions for PPCS

The Requirements

Criterion 1

Experience of applying business analysis skills to investigate, articulate and improve business solutions, in areas of service transformation and can apply an agile mindset to all aspects of your work to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Criterion 2

Excellent oral communication skills, with proven ability to manage and form effective working relationships with key customers and stakeholders to elicit information and inform decisions.

Criterion 3

Ability to capture and refine processes and data, applying creative thinking to redesign a process to be more efficient and effective, presenting proposals in a concise manner.

Criterion 4

Good planning and organisational skills to enable collaborate working within a multidisciplinary team whilst upholding the values of equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Criterion 5

Ability to support, motivate and share best practice, and contribute to the development of your working community, whilst applying the core workplace values.
