Responsibilities:First level technical support for user's desktops and laptops (Windows OS)Basic troubleshooting of networking issues in Windows domain environment (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch)Corporate Email setup and administration (Exchange Server, Outlook, Mobile Activesync)Hardware/Software inventory documentationMonitor daily backupIf applicant possesses programming knowledge/experience, opportunity will be given to develop in-house software system.Job RequirementsDegree/Diploma in IT or related principlesPreferably 1 year hand-on working experience in end-user support (hardware & software) environmentGood communication skill and personalityGood team player and enthusiasticSelf-initiator on performing tasksResourceful and responsiveKeep up to date with technology as it develops, improving your knowledge and constantly learning.
