Responsibilities:*Must have 10+ years' experience in implementation of Finance & Operations, Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV, or equivalent prior experience of package implementation, i.e. Oracle or SAP

*Must have 2+ years' experience in implementation of Finance & Operations or AX

*Must have experience in managing the delivery of Finance, SCM and HR

*Must have experience of at least 3 end to end implementations, so full SDLC from concept

*Experience of business transformation and driving organizational change

*Ability to establish priorities, create business plans, work independently and lead development of solution

*Must have Agile delivery experience

*Experience of business consolidation across multiple business units, so creating a central solution

*Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable with working with stakeholders at all levels

*Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead multiple teams

*Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements

*Must have Project Management certification

*Must Experience in estimation, project plan preparation, project tracking, project cost control and reporting
