One of our clients are looking for an experienced Transformation/Change Consultant to join them on a contract basis.

SC clearance required

Inside IR35

Remote/Bristol based (2 days on site, 3 remote)

12 month contract initially with the view of extending for another 12 months

Required Skills and Experience

1.Stakeholder engagement and management, in relation to 'people, organisation and culture' development.

2.Development of change and organisational methodologies (for example Prosci ADKAR or organisational transformation models, team coaching).

3.Developing metrics that can evaluate proposed 'to-be' culture options; use of thematic analysis tools to understand what 'good' looks like; and development/use of option evaluation models for behavioural change.

4.Capture of cultural 'As-is' baseline analysis; Organisational Trust Benchmarking/Behavioural Intelligence gathering, Culture Mapping, behavioural change/group dynamics (e.g. Human Synergistics).

5.'To-Be' concept option discovery and development, drawing on lessons learnt and best practice, relating to 'people, organisation and culture' development.

Desirable

*Understanding of defence acquisition

*Experience of working in an 'agile' environment (with Sprints and Scrums)

*Close proximity to Bristol (No travel and subsistence will be paid as a result of the need to attend work on Atkins or client premises in Bristol).

*Valid passport to enable possible overseas travel

Responsibilities

*Acting as an integral part of the Aurora Team delivering the overall work package on 'people organisation and culture change'.

*Attending Scrums, meetings, workshops and producing reports as required
